Shipping Policy

Welcome to Thrive India, an initiative by My Children Foundation, Kolkata. We are grateful for your support in promoting sustainable livelihoods and children’s education. Every purchase you make helps us create real social impact.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship products across India through our trusted courier and logistics partners.
International shipping may be introduced in the future; any updates will be announced on our website.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days after confirmation.

  • Since many of our products are handcrafted by artisans, there might be slight variations or occasional delays.
    We appreciate your patience and understanding.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • Other locations: 7–10 business days

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on your pin code, courier service, and local conditions.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is free for orders of ₹1,000 or above.

  • For orders below that, a nominal shipping fee (visible at checkout) may apply to cover packaging and logistics costs.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp/SMS update with the tracking number and courier details so you can monitor your delivery status.

6. Delays or Non-Delivery

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen logistics issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

If your order is delayed or undelivered beyond 15 working days, please contact us at info@thriveindia.in and we’ll assist immediately.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged product or find an item missing:

  1. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Include photos of the product and packaging (if possible).

  3. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund based on availability and condition.
